Evolve from crisis to tranquillity
When leadership is undermined from below, most organisations don’t recognise the risk — until the damage is done.
Upward bullying is one of the most misunderstood and mismanaged forms of workplace harm.
It erodes leadership authority, destabilises teams, and quietly escalates into psychological injury, leadership exits, claims, and reputational damage.
I work with leaders and organisations to see it earlier, name it accurately, and respond with clarity, capability, and courage — before confusion becomes cost
My work sits at the intersection of:
-
leadership under pressure
-
psychosocial safety and workplace behaviour
-
governance, risk, and accountability
And it is grounded in one core truth:
Silence isn’t neutral. And mislabelling is costly.
This work is informed by global research, lived leadership experience, and years of working alongside leaders and organisations navigating the real consequences of Upward Bullying.

Why Upward Bullying Matters
Upward bullying is rarely loud.
It is cumulative, covert, and often legitimised by silence, weak structures, or misplaced assumptions about power.
In December 2025 we surveyed more than 450 CEOs, Executives and Senior Leaders from around the world.
The results confirmed what we know may leaders experience quietly.
%
reported a lost of trust and morale
%
reported experiencing and observing significant mental health impacts

Left unrecognised, upward bullying doesn’t just harm individuals — it erodes culture, destabilises leadership, and weakens organisational governance from the inside out.
This work exists to interrupt that trajectory early —
with clarity instead of confusion, steadiness instead of reactivity, and leadership that is supported rather than sacrificed.
This work exists not to create noise, but to build understanding that lasts — in leaders, in organisations, and in the systems they leave behind.
How I Work
I offer three distinct pathways; each design for a specific level of readiness and purpose, and grounded in the belief that leadership must be supported, not sacrificed.
The Courageous Collective
For Leaders
A confidential, psychologically safe community for leaders whose authority, confidence, or professional standing has been quietly undermined.
This is a space for:
-
clarity without judgement
-
perspective without pressure
-
support without exposure
You don’t have to decide everything at once.
And you don’t have to carry this alone.
Creating Tranquil Workplaces™
For Organisations
A structured education and capability program for organisations seeking to understand and prevent harmful workplace behaviours — including upward bullying — before they escalate into systemic risk.
Designed for:
-
CEOs and executive leaders
-
HR and L&D professionals
-
Boards and senior leadership teams
This is education, not tick-the-box training.
It builds behavioural literacy, leadership confidence, and defensible decision-making.
Speaking
For conferences, leadership forums, podcasts and internal events.
High-impact keynotes and presentations on upward bullying, leadership under pressure, and workplace behaviour.
These sessions:
-
name what others avoid
-
challenge oversimplified narratives
-
give leaders language for what they’re sensing
Keynotes don’t solve everything.
They change how people see — and what they’re willing to act on.
