Are you a leader, CEO or business owner who:

Is struggling to attract and retain employees, and finding employee turnover is getting worse?

Has seen productivity across your people decline - and financial performance worsen as a result?

Has noticed employees don’t show the same care and commitment to the business as they used to?

Is experiencing more conflicts, arguments and people issues among your people across the business?

Knows your company culture is going backwards – but you don’t know why, or what to do?

Disengaged employees and high turnover are costing you thousands.

The average cost to hire an employee more than doubled in 2021 to $23,860 per worker, according to research by the Australian HR Institute and ELMO Software.

It costs about 20 % of a departing employee’s wage to replace them, based on estimates by The Society for Human Resource Management.

Disengaged employees have a 37% higher absenteeism rate. This results in 18% lower productivity and 15% lower profitability (Gallup research 2022)

Disengaged employees also have a direct impact on customer complaints, client disengagement and your company reputation.

Your leaders need to improve engagement to improve your business performance.

This starts with self-awareness. Understanding themselves, their preferences, communication style, strengths, and weaknesses.

When they understand themselves, they can better understand the people around them. Their peers, their team, and what makes them tick.

This knowledge becomes a superpower. People understand how best to communicate, collaborate, and work together. They build more effective relationships, and develop trust and confidence in each other.

When people feel understood and empowered, their engagement increases.

Turnover decreases, retention improves. Attendance improves. Productivity improves. Profits grow.

Unlock self-awareness with Everything DiSC®

Everything DiSC® is a personal development learning experience that measures preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model.

This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for the Everything DiSC Application Suite.

Participants receive personalised insights that deepen their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. The result is a more engaged, collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful culture improvement in your organisation—whether your workforce is remote, in the office, or somewhere in between.

Agile EQ

Everything DiSC Agile EQ provides participants with insights into their natural Emotional Intelligence strengths, based on their DiSC style. Through facilitation, they learn how to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of different situations, and how to adapt to the EQ style and mindsets of those that don’t come naturally.

Work of Leaders

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders profile aligns the participant strengths and challenges to the 18 best leadership practices leaders need to use to turn their visions into reality.
